How it Works

CACC analyzes your telecom bills and services to create an inventory, and then conducts the audit. The amount of time required, to complete this process, varies from client to client depending on the complexity of services and amount of billing record details. When CACC is confident all billing records are accurate and all credits due have been issued to our client, the phone bill audit is considered complete.

How do we begin the telecom bill audit?

  • We will require a complete (current) bill copy for each telephone, data, internet or wireless invoice paid by your company

Our fees are based on results. Our clients only receive an invoice if we are able to reduce your telecom expenses or recover refunds.

Later, she became the team leader of SWBT’s inventory staff, directing inventories and audits for many, including the State of Texas, Tenneco Oil Company of Houston, and financial services corporation USAA in San Antonio. Carolyn and her staff have cumulatively over 100 years of telecom auditing experience.
