CACC exists for the sole purpose of ensuring correct telephone billing, as this is the right of every consumer.

About Us

After an intensive tenure with Southwestern Bell, Carolyn Arnold felt consumers deserved a reliable and trustworthy representative to help them untangle the complex jargon of the telecommunications industry. She, along with her four children, established CACC in 1987. Since setting up shop, her team of experts have helped consumers save millions of dollars for corporations and government agencies across the country.

Our Team

Carolyn Arnold
She began her telecom career with Southwestern Bell in 1955. Carolyn’s extensive knowledge of billing and tariffs makes her an authoritative figure of telecom services. Her consumer advocacy has brought her to the attention of government officials, who frequently invite her to preside over state and local boards. Carolyn enjoys spending time at casinos, with her husband Mack, and reading mystery novels.

Michael Blackmon
She began her telecom career in 1986 by driving Carolyn all over south Texas meeting with clients. After traveling with Carolyn for over a year, Michael became very passionate about the need for a liaison between the client and the vendors. She encouraged Carolyn to take her knowledge to the next level and establish CACC, Inc. Michael specializes in billing analysis, telecom system acquisitions, installations and cutovers. She works in tandem with clients to manage voice and data infrastructures. She has acquired substantial expertise in the banking and auto dealership industries. She enjoys entertaining family and friends, and spending time with her husband hunting at their ranch in south Texas.

Lynette Glowka
Prior to her employment with CACC, Lynette worked for an interior design firm in San Antonio. She joined CACC in 1987, and specializes in older, local service platforms. She provides telecom management for a wide variety of clients, with an emphasis on school districts and political subdivisions. When Lynette is not working, she enjoys raising miniature horses and spending time with her husband and son.

Aaron Arnold
Aaron joined the team in 1989 after being a mechanic for several years. His interest in data services billing and tariffs ensures we have the latest information on the ever-changing regulations, rules and guidelines mandated by the Public Utility Commissions. Aaron is our go-to person for  authenticating complex data billing. He enjoys collecting and restoring old vehicles, in his spare time, and traveling with his wife Diane and their children.

Georgia Yount
After traveling the world for many years, Georgia jumped on board and became a part of the team in 1993. She specializes in billing analysis and tele-management for government entities and has audited 24 of the 254 counties in the State of Texas. She is an asset to clients, who have locations in multiple states, due to her extensive knowledge of tariffs. When she is not working in the office, Georgia and her husband, Steve, enjoy participating in triathlons and spending time with their children.

Natalie McKnight

Natalie began her career as an Administrative Assistant, in September of 2003, and serves as a Senior Billing Analyst. She is proficient in detecting billing discrepancies and thoroughly enjoys holding the telephone carriers accountable. She has facilitated engineering a VoIP network for a financial institution with 23 locations, single handedly secured a refund for a 14-year overbilling period, and has assisted in the reduction of our clientele’s annual telecom expenses by thousands of dollars. In addition to verifying the accuracy of refunds and the reduction of expenses, Natalie is responsible for rendering invoices to our clients. She also assists with the provisioning of service inventory reports, in an easy-to-read format, for our customers.  Natalie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children, traveling, cooking, reading and gardening.

How it works
During an audit, we inventory all services and physical equipment against the client’s billing records. Our professional staff discuss all pertinent issues with the telephone companies, ensuring an efficient and effective examination of the account. When CACC is confident all billing records are correct and all credits due have been paid to our client, the audit is complete.

Our fees are based on results. Only after we have saved the client money, do they receive a bill from us.
